In the beginning, before Harley fell in love with the Joker, she was a psychiatrist who worked at Jokerm Asylum. She later succumbs to the insanity that fuels the Joker and becomes Harley Quinn.

Margot Robbie didn't want her career playing as Harley Quinn. She has been in the industry for a few years and starred in films, including Queen Elizabeth I and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. On top of that, Robbie picked up an Oscar nomination for a movie she produced known as Tonya.

In the film, Helena is a former mafia princess whose parents were killed while she was a little girl. This forces her to turn into a vigilante, which leads her to join the Birds of Prey. The Huntress is known for her violent tactics when dealing with criminals and her use of a crossbow as her primary weapon.

Even though Huntress is not an original member of the Birds of Prey, she has become an instrumental character and is one of the team's recognized members.
