Every custom project begins with a discussion and quotation. Please do not place an order until the design details, estimated price, measurements,s and production time have been confirmed.

4. Approve the Details

After manufacturing, the jacket is checked for its measurements, stitching, closure, pockets, color, ur and approved design details before dispatch.

For a custom-sized jacket, provide accurate measurements rather than relying only on your usual clothing size. We may require:

Measure while wearing clothing similar to what you plan to wear underneath the jacket. Ask another person or a professional tailor to assist when possible.

America Suits is not responsible for fitting problems caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Original Artwork and Protected Designs

Customers should submit artwork, logos and graphics that they own or have permission to use.

We may decline requests involving protected logos, trademarks, copyrighted artwork or designs that cannot lawfully or practically be reproduced.

Standard jacket shapes, commonly available materials, colours, stitching methods and hardware are not exclusive to one customer.

Optional exclusivity statement—use only if you can honour it:

Original artwork created by America Suits specifically for your approved custom order will not be intentionally sold again as the identical finished design. This does not apply to standard jacket construction, common materials, hardware, or third-party references supplied by the customer.

Important Custom-Order Information

Custom-made and personalized jackets are produced according to the customer’s approved specifications. They are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.

If your custom jacket arrives damaged or differs materially from the approved specifications, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Can I customize one of your existing jackets?

Can you create custom embroidery or patches?

Custom embroidery and patches may be available depending on the artwork, size, placement, colour, urs, and jacket material. Clear, high-resolution artwork produces better results.

Can I order a single custom jacket?

Yes, individual custom-jacket requests can be reviewed. You do not necessarily need to place a bulk order.

Can I return a custom jacket?
